Supporting the Humans Behind your Success

Grounded practices for calm, creative, and collaborative workplaces

our offering

We bring everything you need for a powerful gathering to your space—curating a unique event designed to guide you and your team into alignment with yourself and each other.

  • Breathwork

    Breathwork

Breathwork is a transformative practice of conscious breathing - simply and intentionally modifying our inhales and exhales - that allows us to discover, release, and transform our inner world.

We offer a range of breathwork practices curated for your needs and intentions, including Conscious Connected Breathing, an activating technique for emotional release and spiritual clarity; Rhythmic Aligned Breathing, a gentle method that brings the body and mind into balance; and Intermittent Hypoxia, a subtle yet powerful practice that enhances vitality through controlled pauses in the breath.

By connecting with the breath in this way, we open ourselves to healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of self - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

  • Nidra Meditation

Yoga Nidra is a restorative meditation journey that guides you into a state of restful awareness through visualization.

Often described as a journey between the waking and dream states, nidra guides you gently to heal in the quiet spaces of the mind. As you settle into stillness, at the edge of sleep, the practice will nurture deep healing, clarity, and a renewed sense of calm.

  • Sound Healing

Sound healing is a soothing practice that uses vibrational tones to harmonize with the body and mind. These frequencies have the power to relax the nervous system, clear emotional blockages, and invite a deep sense of calm.

We incorporate crystal sound bowls at many of our events to enhance and deepen the effects of the breathwork and meditation journeys – helping to amplify and anchor the healing benefits, allowing you to fully integrate the experience.

Healing Invisible Workplace Challenges

"Investing in wellness isn’t a perk—it’s a performance strategy"

  • The Silent Productivity Killer

The pressure-cooker culture in many technical and creative companies can lead to constant stress with no release valve. Team members may feel physically and emotionally exhausted, losing the creativity and enthusiasm that once drove their work.

Mura Pneuma addresses burnout by introducing regular, restorative breathwork and meditation sessions into the corporate routine. Employees learn to activate the body’s relaxation response, lowering cortisol and stress levels in one session. This practice is a powerful antidote to the adrenaline-fueled culture – it invites teams to pause, breathe, and reset their minds.

Rather than viewing rest as unproductive, more companies are beginning to see it as an investment in sustained and healthy productivity.  By releasing tension though these practices, team members can recover their energy and focus. The result is not only a reduction in sick days and errors, but a workforce that sustains high performance without constant exhaustion.

  • Invisible Barriers to Teamwork

In many workplaces – especially with remote or hybrid setups – employees feel disconnected and isolated from one another. This lack of human connection is an invisible drag on team cohesion and trust. Leaders often don’t realize there’s a problem; after all, if tasks are getting done, it’s easy to assume the team is “fine.” But beneath the surface, loneliness and disconnection are rampant. Creative and technical projects suffer when collaboration is weak – ideas aren’t cross-pollinating, and problem-solving becomes less innovative. Strengthening human connection in the workplace yields higher engagement, better collaboration, and improved retention.

Mura Pneuma’s wellness experiences are deliberately designed to bring people together on a human level. By hosting a curated blend of group breathwork, grounding meditation, and sound healing in a shared space, we create a setting where team members can collectively relax and let their guards down.

Neuroscience tells us that when groups engage in rhythmic breathing or meditation together, they can achieve a phenomenon called collective heart coherence – a synchronized state of positive feeling and harmony.

  • When Stress Stifles Ideas

A lack of creativity shows up as diminished innovation, lower competitive advantage, and employees who feel uninspired by their work. Companies that pride themselves on innovation may suddenly find they’re only making incremental updates, not groundbreaking leaps. Team members who entered the company full of ideas may now stick to safe, routine solutions.

When humans have access to creativity in their work, they derive more intrinsic satisfaction from work when they can be creative; this boosts engagement and retention. Unlocking creativity often requires stepping away from the grind and accessing a different mental state. Mura Pneuma facilitates this through mind-body practices that induce relaxation and enhanced imagination. Through breathwork and Nidra journeying, team members tap into deeper levels of consciousness, allowing the mind to shift from daily stress to a state of calm focus where fresh insights can emerge. This shift opens the door to vivid visualization and enhanced creativity.

  • The Cost of Unmanaged Emotions

In any high-pressure workplace, emotions run high. Deadlines, client feedback, production bugs, creative critiques – all can trigger frustration, anxiety, or conflict.

Building emotional regulation and resilience is a core benefit of Mura Pneuma’s wellness practices. Our breathwork and meditation sessions essentially act as emotional fitness training for your team - guided breathwork and meditation trains systems to handle stress more calmly. Mura Pneuma also creates a safe space for emotional release. In our sessions, it’s not uncommon for individuals to release pent-up emotions – some may shed tears of relief or feel decades of stress melting away.

  • Missing ingredient in Workplace Culture

Modern organizations often focus so intently on goals and metrics that we overlook the human need for ritual and reflection. Without any rituals of appreciation, transition, or collective pause, employees can feel that work is an endless, meaningless grind. They lack a sense of closure and celebration, and there’s little space for mindful reflection on what they’re doing and why – leaving people disengaged or directionless.

Mura Pneuma introduces meaningful rituals and moments of reflection into the corporate setting. We often close our wellness workshops with a brief round where each person can voice a word of gratitude or intention – this simple ritual of sharing can have profound effects on team cohesion and a personal sense of purpose. These rituals can be used to acknowledge milestones, recognize the individuals behind the work, and encourage reflection.

Over time, integrating ritual and reflection into the workplace can dramatically elevate employee engagement and cultural health.

With this profound and potent offering, you can expect your team to receive:

  • Collective heart coherence is a state of shared energy and harmony that can be felt among groups when they are in sync emotionally and energetically.

It’s based on the idea that each person’s heart emits an electromagnetic field that can affect those around them.

When we intentionally focus on positive emotions - gratitude, compassion, love, etc. - through meditation and breathwork, and come into heart coherence together, this shared state can strengthen feelings of connection, unity, and peace on your team.

  • Through breathwork and nidra journey’s, your team can tap into deeper levels of relaxation - allowing the mind to shift from daily stress to a state of calm focus. This shift opens the door to vivid visualization and enhanced creativity. The body and mind become more receptive to new ideas and perspectives.

By practicing these techniques together, team members can access fresh insights, overcome mental blocks, and align on goals with a renewed sense of clarity and inspiration.

  • Our wellness session are designed to be welcoming and accessible to everyone - regardless of prior experience.

Each session provides gentle guidance with plenty of support to ensure everyone is comfortable and engaged.

Every team member can explore the wellness practice in their own way, in a relaxed and judgement free environment.

  • Teams thrive when they're given space to slow down to reflect - not just to achieve more, but to remember who they are and where they are headed. Our offerings gently reintroduce ritual and reflection into the workplace as nourishing, grounding experiences that foster clarity, connection, and presence.

Within our sessions, we create intentional moments to share, set intentions, and express gratitude. This is not about performance. It's about tending to being human, together. Over time, these small rituals become a part of the company culture - gently bringing rhythm, meaning, and humanity back into the workweek.
